Jadaun (Jay) Sweet is a Producer, Director, and Writer hailing from Chicago, IL. In 2012, Jadaun graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor's of Science from the School of Journalism and Graphic Communications. During his college days, Jadaun had the opportunity to work for Christopher "Play" Martin as a special reporter for BrandNewz.com. In addition to his work in front of the camera he also received the Courtney Simms Vision Award and the 1st place Collegiate Associated Press Award for his documentary, Burden of the Banner, which explores the lives of homeless veterans in North Florida.

Shayla Racquel: Riverment Films
Government employee by day and filmmaker by night, Shayla Racquel is the quintessential creative, born and raised in the South but currently living in the city. She believes she gained her creative entrepreneurial spirit from her grandparents Joseph & Evelyn Thompson, both owning thriving Black businesses in Columbia, South Carolina. Diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease at birth and having a stroke at the young age of 12, her childhood battle with the disease is what brought her closer to the art of storytelling and the love of film-making. CARAHNA MAGWOOD: LEMONAID
Carahna Magwood is an award-winning designer, meeting and event planner, and celebrated painter from Alabama by way of Smyrna, Georgia. Becoming well versed in the arts at a young age, her creativity and curiosity for design thinking quickly developed into a strategic business.
As an entrepreneur, mother, and celebrated painter, Carahna’s interest in arts, events, politics, and technology encouraged many experiences that have transformed her journey. In 2015, she rebranded her painting and design business as LEMONAID, to focus on product design and development and to master brand identity strategies for several local organizations.
Ms. Magwood continues to expand her portfolio, keeping abreast of current design trends and industry standards, as well as pursuing her Master’s degree in Fine Arts. Her love of learning and creativity will lead her to many places, but the best of all is the direction she is headed. She attributes her success to her greatest supporters, her family; as well as other advocates and mentors who saw a passion within her and helped it to flourish.
